The reason it took me so long to put this alternator in is because it was running like crap and really wasn't ready to support an alternator. Like running on 2 cylinders bad. But somehow after spending a day tuning it up and cleaning out gunk as well as running injector cleaner through the tank, it actually started running MUCH better! Not perfect but enough to drive around the shop, on a trailer or just idle and charge my bank! I should say BANKS because i have step down modules (2 of them) to supply the car and the 4 channel amp that will be installed soon.

So far so good!
