Need help with Box for two (2) Sundown NS V.3 (18") with shared port, subs facing up

Dimensions: W45" H25" D35"

Subs: (2) Sundown NS V.3 (18 inch)

AMP: NS-1 - Sundown Audio

Vehicle:Toyota Hilux

Building Material: 3/4" Plywood

You could try H25 W45 D33. With port height at 31.5, width 7 and port length 18. Build with a triple baffle. This will give you a 14.3 cube box tuned to 35hz. Sub up port up.

I had thought of subs up and port back at 1st as it works best in SUVs but if those are your max dimensions then it means you won't have enough port clearance between the port and tailgate.

1.5 inch wooden dowel rods can work well for bracing

OP did you scrap the 9915s project?

oh no! the 9915's were a great hit! this is my project for my second truck, do you mind pitching in with an enclosure with the port facing tailgate ? i only play music when im parked and the tailgate is down so i'll have proper pport clearance

and far the two you helped me with before turned out beautiful. i'll post a video when i can.

The Hilux Surf is the one I understand is a SUV, anyways depth is from the top of the backseats to right at the rear gate closed, to do port back some more depth is needed.
