catch 22 Posted April 12, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 Well, tried to install the new singer alt and the bolts are just barely out of line. The alternator case just barely hits the timing chain cover. I was told it's a direct replacement. Anyways, if I shave off just a bit of the alt case I can make it fit.
