But there are plenty of cars out there that are loud and clear as shit SQ levels are 90 to 110 dbs I'm pretty sure 3 18s in the worst box ever would be much louder then 110 dbs so you are looking for loud and clear not a hard thing to do .... Have you ever had your woofers blown?
LsChevy Posted April 14, 2015 Author Report Posted April 14, 2015 You're fucking with my mind lolol OP- no offence to the guy at your work, but he doesn't know. and point 2: it doesn't matter if you build it outside and put it in- If it is a monster, blocks off the rest of the vehicle and you have to put up trim panels, then it is a wall. A wall isn't defined as having to be built in the vehicle. I will tell you though- (and to second Nate) I think you may be biting off more than you can chew. If a "regular" box is easy, then a wall is...well- not. And a box that big is beyond heavy. i have a better understanding of now. but that was the idea that i had about walls for a while. but i never really looked into building one until now. I didnt like the fact of using 2x4's, nor did i like the fact of having to do all the construction inside the vehicle. im not worried about the weight of if. as long as it dont flex.
