Here are the parameters:

Also you use the manufacturer's suggestion as a reference not what the program suggests (as it is not made for car audio), to give you an idea of a sample spec for those subs:

4 cubic feet net total, 50 square inches of port area, ~23 inhes port length for a 33Hz tuning, speaker displacement is 1.61 liter per driver.

Hi Joe, thanks for your reply!

I found a post you made for another guy some time ago:

Should i do exactly that 2 times?

only problem is i have limited room in my trunk, about 86cm width and 50cm height, that's where the woofers and port should be, depth (from backseat to trunk) can be towards 1 meter i think..

So here is a suggestion for you, can use as reference or build, wood thickness is 18 mm, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 9 cm, figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

You're welcome, consider getting the box in from the backseats, it may be possible, try to build the cardboard box and see what works, I can further modify the above so that you can build outside if you want.
