If the song you were playing has a 35 hz tone, and you are tuned to 34 Hz, its almost impossible you were bottoming out your subs since excursion is at a minimum at tuning frequency. oldschoolbeats Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 If you built your box tuned to 34 hz it actually probably peaks at 44hz or so, your not peaking at 34hz i guarantee that, if you metered it i guarantee you peak at 42-46. You need a longer port. Smoking coils at 400 watts sucks lol
