talentfinder36
Im painting my car satin black but its almost the same thing. Some tips for ya make sure you sand all the old paint down to the factory primer. Go up to 400grit and lay a dark primer. Wet sand to 600grit and lay your base flat coat bout 2-3 coats should be fine. For the clear you are going to need a flattening agent in the clear or you will have a glossy black finish. Sand that down with 1000 up to 1500 wet, buff then polish and your done. I'll get picts of my car when I get my camera back. Its in primer stage now. Link for flatting agent:http://www.tcpglobal.com/hokpaint/hokfa01.aspx This is what I use Im sure there are others out there just google it.
