Bills Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 ok, so i'm looking and saving up money for a build i want to do and getting the list of products with prices so i know how much i need to save. i'm going with 2 12" Fi BL 1 ohm subs powerd off 2 JL Audio A1800 monoblock amps wired at 2 ohms spitting out around 1000 watts rms. i'm going to do 1/0 power/ground, 8 gauge speaker, a built box by me, and a Kenetik HC800 bat i think it is, i can't remember off hand. the alt i have in my blazer puts out 105 amps. with this kienetik bat, will it be ok to run my stuff without getting a 200amp alt?
