Help choosing 4 channel amp

Ok I have 2 rockford fosgate punch 6.75 inch speakers up front that are 60 watts rms a peice and 2 punch 6x9s that are 75 rms a peice. I've been looking at the rockford fosgate prime r600-4 amp which is 100 rms x 4 at 4 ohms which is a little more than I need. I also was looking at the punch p400-4 which is 50 rms x 4 at 4 ohms. The punch amp is 9 bucks more than the prime but is it worth losing some power to get the punch amp vs the prime? Also the prime 400-4 is rated at 75 rms x4 at 4 ohms and thats about 50 bucks less than the other 2. What would you guys recommend?

Always choose more power if you can afford it. When you start pushing amps to their limits they'll create audible levels of distortion which you can avoid with more powerful amplifiers gained lower to keep distortion as low as possible.
