Ok ive used the search and cant find what im lookin for. I am in the market for a 18 FI. I want the Q for its ability to sound good and get low, but I have a Kicker zx1500.1, Kinetik 800 audio control linedriver and a kicker 2 way active cross over. My concern is That 1500 rms on a daily aplication in a close to 6 cube box might not agree with a Q. So if i go the BL route i understand it wont sound as good, but can it get as low. I like the lows that make your steering wheel bounce. Thanks !

I gave my 15" Q's 1600w daily, and never had any problems, you just have to know the limits of the sub.

Thats just it never owned an FI product. Ive heard that they are sturdy, just dont know what they can really take. What amp were u using? I just want to be able to play it daily for about 45 min at a time, without it prematurely crappin out on me.

Thank you for the response Think im gonna go with the bl. out of curiosity do the bl's sound ok for daily listening. I plan on 90% personal listening, 10% competition. Just plan on going to local comps.
