where can I get custom dust caps and I don't mean solid colored carbon fiber caps.

What do you mean custom? You can get all kinds of colors of carbon dustcaps here:

There used to be a company that made dustcap stickers, so I suppose you could get custom stickers to say whatever you wanted, but they don't make them anymore.

Psi does some custom dustcaps for their woofers.
