KevinH
ok i was just wondering, if i have each of my 2 subs wired for 4 ohms (which they are dual 4 ohm coils) and i bridged them to my amp, would that still be a 4 ohm load or does it change it to 2 ohms? badasschevy
since yor subs are dual 4 ohm, each sub can be wired to 2 ohm(parallel) which is + to+, - to -. or in series will give each sub a an 8ohm load by running a wire from one + to the - on the other coil. when you wire the subs together you'll have either a 1 ohm load(parallel) or a 4ohm load with series/parallel wiring. center console: lvl 4 12 1.75 cu ft tuned 37htz alpine cda-9886 dc audio 120.4 infinity kappa 6.5" components
