Even in Chicago, you can legally get one but you gotta take a 5 hour training course, go through waiting periods and while all that shit is happening someone already broke in your house and shot you in the face. They are funny, Now they are stored outside of city limits. Whats the point in having it if you can't keep it at home? I'm not being a smart ass either, I'm curious.
