Boon Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 (edited) If it's for SPL do 4 cubes before displacement, 2 6" aeroports. For music, go DD spec - 4-5 cubes, 16" of port area per cube of box, 15-16" long port. Gives tuning of around 40hz but because the 95 is very stiff it will play lower pretty happily. I played music with my 9515 in an SPL box tuned to around 55hz and it still hit the lows ok... Sinking your sub in can give very small gains in SPL because of smoother airflow around the sub.... mostly it's just for looks though Edited April 14, 2008 by Boon Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
