Levi Johnson Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 What I am looking to do, is getting two 370 Amp and one 170 Amp vehicle specific plug n play Alt from Mechman Alt. The two 370 Amp Alt will run my XS30K batteries, HCCA and P1000X1bd amps at 14.5V - 15V, with-out running it on the vehicle Elec. system. the one 170 Amp Alt will run my D4700 battery, T1000-4ad, 3Sixty.3, computer and touchscreen at 14.4V on the vehicle Elec. system since the vehicle runs at 14.4V anyways. Now the only problem I'm having right now, is how I can run my Alt setup. Since this is my very first BIG setup, I've never had to deal with running more then one Alt at a time, nor know anyone who has done this type of setup before. Now the big picture has been painted. I know I would run the (+) charge to the batteries the (-) would be the ground to the engine and body.
