ardo18 Posted September 29, 2015 Report Posted September 29, 2015 Hello, i just bought 2 ground zero gzrw 30 spl subwoofers with a GAS PRO2000.1 amp I use 25mm thick wood the subwoofers are Model GZRW 30SPL Diameter 300 mm / 12" Mounting diameter 281 mm / 11.06" Mounting depth 150 mm / 5.91" Voice coil 63 mm Runddraht / 2.5" Round wire Cone Verstärktes Papier / Reinforced paper Power Handling 1000 W SPL Power Impedance 2 x 2 Ohm SPL 92 dB Xmax 20 mm / 0.8" Fs 33 Hz Qts 0.36 the specs of the amp are 2000W@1ohm, 1250W@2ohm, 650W@4ohm is there someone who could design me a nice box for this setup? Honda accord coupe 1994 USA The dimensions are 33,5 cm high. 84 cm with and 60 cm depth thanks

Joe X Posted October 4, 2015 Report Posted October 4, 2015 So here is a suggestion needed to go with different dimensions and wood thickness to (barely) meet manufacturer recommendations, you need to verify this will work for you, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 12 cm, figure is just an assembly guide: NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.
