I ordered 2 DC level 6 m2's and thanks to the fine package throwers at UPS one of them had a broken basket. I honestly thought I would be out $900 but I called Sonic first thing and made the process of getting an exchange as quick and seamless as I've ever had to deal with. They even offered to cover half the cost of overnight shipping. You guys are awesome and have never done me wrong. Keep up the good work and you'll always have my business!
