Cboeger
http://www.sundownaudio.com/misc/woofer_measurements/SA-12-MEASUREMENTS.jpg What exactly am I looking at? I haven't made a sub box before by myself. I've always used a prefab.

Cboeger
Find a dim for cutout diameter http://www.sundownaudio.com/misc/woofer_measurements/SA-12-MEASUREMENTS.jpg According to this the cut out would be 11.02", so I'd cut 11.02"? 3vil
What you're looking at is that actual measurements of the subwoofer you are asking questions about. It says the overall diameter is 317mm, divide that by 25.4 and it's just a bit under 12.5". If I'm reading your first post correctly, you're wanting to flush mount your sub ie. cut a larger hole in the front part of the baffle so that the sub sits flush with the baffle face. If that is your goal, cut a 12.5" hole and you'll have about 0.01" between it and the baffle. The 11.02" hole is what you would cut if to set the sub into a baffle and have enough material around the edge of the speaker to still screw it down.
