Just installed Mmats Pro 6 components front and rear and 2 Mmats Procast 10s all run off a Mmats hifi 6150. Pioneer Nex 4100 and an Lc1 bass knob. When ever you turn up the volume and the bass I get this static popping in the tweeters front and rear. I have swapped tweeters, amp....run the components passive and active. turnd off the x over on amp and used the one in the radio.....still have static... Im about to put a 3 farad cap in to see if that kills it.... I dont know what it is...HELP!!!!

3vil Posted December 20, 2015 Report Posted December 20, 2015 Is the static constant, or does it correlate with bass notes? Might have the tweets crossed too low
