Soundqubed HDC4 15

I use to compete with this 15, scored a 151.3 meca with it. Quit car audio after that, accomplished what I wanted to and called it a day. Gave the sub to a buddy, he had it for about month and then said it stopped playing. I thought he fried the coil, clipping the signal even though I tuned everything for him. He gave it back to me since it isn't working anymore, I tore it apart, the reason it was stuck, he shifted the motor. He says it must've been from me, of course LOL. But my reason for this post, The coil looks minty as hell for having multiple 10k burps and beating the hell out of this sub at full tilt for the year I had it installed. Ran 2 Soundqubed 3500's @ .25 ohm each. Say what you will, but I'm impressed with the build quality of this sub. I've ran this sub in 4ft3 at 35hz, burp box @ 53hz, music full tilt on both setups and it held up very well.

I have a pair of the HDS315s and love them. Were your 3500 amps strapped? How did you get .25 ohm?

Epoxy looks good for a copper coil. Are those amps rated for .25? Do you plan to rebuild?

Rated at 1 ohm, easily .5 ohm, and .25 ohm responsibly. No rebuild, I'm done with that scene in my vehicle, spending that money on more important things now, willing to help friends with their builds. Aluminum coils BTW
