cichlidfort
Hey guys I am building a box this Sunday and I am just wondering if you have any tips/advice for what design I should go with. Subwoofers are two Kicker 15" L7's getting 2000 watts total (1000 each). L-Ported Box Subs up port up Box Width- 42 inches Box Height- 19 inches Box depth (bottom and top)- 18 inches Wood thickness- 0.75 Square port Height- 17.5 Square Port Width- 4.25 inches Square Port Length 1- 13 inches Square Port Length 2- 8 inches Tuned- 32 HZ Cubic feet- 5.6 Box with Subs up port back Box width- 42 inches Box Height- 19 inches Box depth- 18 inches Wood thickness 0.75 Not so sure about the port on this one This is going in a Jeep Liberty so its in a suv. Question is what would sound louder...a L-shaped box or a box with subs up and port back? Also, if I go with the L-shaped box should I use 45's? Should I use resin? sorry for all the noob questions! galacticmonkey
If that was designed with the RE Calculator, it will work, but wont be exactly the specs it says. I can do box designs for $15, with full cutsheet, sketchup, step by step assembly pictures, etc. Ive been doing a few on ca.com and everyone seems pretty happy with them so far. Anyways, if you're interested in a design that is CORRECT (ex BassBoxPro) send me PM.

galacticmonkey
Ok, design is finished. You have PM. If you're satisfied with everything, spread the word for me. Trying to do this to make a couple extra bucks and the more designs I have, the more cash.
