bgsql Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Hello guys! Yesterday I bought from ebay RCA Bass knob. On the cables there were plates for output and input. Unfortunatly I lost those plates and now I dont know which set of rcas are for input and which are for output. Does it matter those directions and if it does how can i tell which is output and input? Sorry for my bad english
boometro Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 hook it up. if it does not work correctly swap rcas
bgsql Posted February 26, 2016 Author Report Posted February 26, 2016 I tried this too. There is no difference. Also measuared it with multimeter, again no difference. Why they put those directions?
Esgedi Posted February 26, 2016 Report Posted February 26, 2016 Set the meter to resistance and move the knob around. The set that doesn't have a constant amount of resistance is the output.Edit: Or, you could just open it up and look at it. It'll just be a stereo potentiometer.
