Speaker wire a vs speaker wire b

So i tried the.amp agaim and its shorting out internally. Hopefully i.can get it warrantied. I called sq and asked if it.would be bad for the subs to run my old 1000 watt amp which would be underpowering them by a long shot. They told me noy to worry about it and it wouldd actually be good to break em in on this amp. Lets just say since i blew my 10 yr old alpines 4 months ago i finally have a smile on my face. U guys here rock i appreciate all the advice and guidance.

You under power you speakers every time you turn the volume down. Music is dynamic, it's not always the the voltage/output all the time. Run that amp until you can afford to upgrade.
