Allen Lancos Posted March 19, 2016 Report Posted March 19, 2016 Sundown NS1, one of the adjustments is "phase" adjustable from 0-180 degreese. I know what this is but my question pertaining to this is why does it allow for adjustment in between? All amps ive ever dealt with had a simple switch 0 or 180. What is this extra adjustability for? And what is the proper way to set it? As of now its set to 0 as all my past amps were. Have notice when playing some songs when the bass frequency changes my clipping light flashes, and im nowhere near full tilt. Possibility i have something set wrong? Song itself? Is this normal? Amp was set with DD1 I'll do body filler all day every day, but this reinforced, fortified fucking kitty hair can kiss my balls.
3vil Posted March 19, 2016 Report Posted March 19, 2016 My understanding of subwoofer phase adjustment is it allows you move the sub stage forward so that it integrates with the front stage better.
