What I want to do is buy another 3100 and a 300 amp Large case Gm alt and then I will wang fo show. Your setup looks nice man. Battery looks sweet in its new home. Build a bracket out of angle iron and you are set. Keeps more room in the back for equipment. Sounds interesting. I'm gonna have to take a look at that. Could save a lot of space. Does your hood close fine, that batt is sitting pretty high. Closes fine man. The inside of the hood gives me about another 1 to 1 1/2 inch of clearance.
