Because I am trying to find a dealer in my area or any dealer for that matter. Seems if you don't have a dealer with in 50 miles of your zip code you are screwed. They need a dealer locator map on their site. They also need a forum for customer support PLUS they need some kind of email for here in the states. I tried to email them from their site and it keeps rejecting my attempts . tried 3 different ones. . I was referred to their FB page as well but they do not answer any questions on there either. Is this place still in business ? I was also wanting to hear from some folks that have tried out the Helix DSP pro. This looks like a great piece of car audio equipment. I was wondering are the computer downloads user friendly and what all this DSP pro comes with. Will I have to buy a mic separate ? Explains why they do not answer questions on their US FB page, also explains me not being able to email them and find a dealer. Damn it a Helix Pro DSP was looking sexy in my future.
