My system sounds different since transplanting

So, assuming each chamber has its own port, your box is probably tuned somewhere around 34 Hz. There is any way you can check and know for sure though. If you get a tone generator app for your phone you can play sine wave tones through your sub at moderate volume. Look for the point where the cones move the least, that is your tuning frequency. As you increase or decrease the frequency from that point you will get more cone movement. It can be helpful to face the subs up and put something on the cone to help detect slight movement. (salt works well, I usually use sawdust, which I seem have an unlimited supply of).

Thanks, each chamber has it's own port, they come together in the center but there's a dividing board. I'll do that frequency test. 34 hz though huh? Alright. So let's say I do that test and confirm the tuned frequency, should I build a box tuned at, say 30 hz to achieve my desired result? I was likely just going to build a box to kickers recommended spec for there "deep bass/spl" application. But it doesn't say what specific frequency the tune is. They just say "...for maximum output between 30-80 hz" they recommend 2.25 cu ft net with port dimensions 3"x12.5"x20.5" long

Yeah building a new box tuned to 30 Hz should help your low frequency output a bit. Kickers recommendation would put the tuning at around 37 Hz or so. Since you are planning to tune quite a bit lower you can reduce the port area a bit, which will help shorten up the port. 30 - 35 sq in of port area should work nicely.
