ptcary
I know there isn't much interest in center channels in a SPL related forum, I searched and only found a few old posts . Anyway, here is a pic of mine, just replaced my pioneer prefab center speaker with Peerless mid and Dayton tweeter. These really fill the dash/windshield area with sound very nicely. I aimed the tweeter back to keep it from getting too bright by bouncing it off the glass. All in all, I'm very happy with the result, took some work as the factory alarm sits in there and I had to move it first, and had to cut the ring old school style - with a jigsaw, no fancy router for me! ptcary
Thanks, I am very impressed with it, especially as it's my first experience with Peerless and Dayton speakers as well as making my own passive crossovers. I really want to get as much sound going up front -- just starting on a wall for 8 12"s in the hatch!
