dd 18 single enclosure design

I need help on a enclosure design for a single DD 3500 18 d2 I purchas this sub a year ago looking to put it inside my 1987 Buick grand national. My dimensions are 17 1/2 H 22W 48L I need to know if this sub and enclosure will work in my vehicle I also need help finding a proper amp any suggestions are appreciated thank you

you'd prolly be better off and able to get louder with a couple 12's, no way you could get a really well sized box in that car without destroying it. a couple 12's in a correct box with good tuning and decent power will be plenty loud

The baffle would need to be somewhat slanted to fit the sub in it (not firing up), to make sure your dims work, do a cardboard test box with the dimensions listed and try to fit inside.
