3sixty.3 Too good to be true?

So I just purchased a new 3sixty.3 for about 350 dollars off of ebay.. is this too good to be true? Advertisement says Factory sealed. And the seller has good ratings. Let me know what you think

Update: Was brand new factory sealed and manufactured in feb 2016..

I bought mine the same way off eBay. Seller had planned to use it and then went a different route. Just fine by me!
