Gravlin216 Posted May 24, 2016 Author Report Posted May 24, 2016 1/0 is fine. I just used 2/0 because it's what I had I have my ground to the block So do I connect the ground from alt mount through sensor to batt then connect from chassis to alt mount?
ToNasty Posted May 24, 2016 Report Posted May 24, 2016 The alternator mount bolt is plenty ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
Gravlin216 Posted July 6, 2016 Author Report Posted July 6, 2016 The alternator mount bolt is plenty So that doesnt work I just tried it. Before I run the chassis ground to the alt bracket then alt bracket through sensor to battery I wanna know if anyone thinks that will fuck anything up?I need both grounds to go through the sensor. I had to dremel out the sensor a little bit just to fit one run through it.
ToNasty Posted July 6, 2016 Report Posted July 6, 2016 I have my only ground from alt bolt, through the sensor, to the battery. As long as the ground is going through the sensor before it hits the battery, it's fine. It might take a few hours of run time to fix itself ***Super Sellers List***http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers
