Eric Posted July 12, 2016 Report Share Posted July 12, 2016 I'm going to be doing a ported enclosure for 8 Sundown e12 v3 subs. What do I take into consideration when combining multiple subs into the same chamber? Example, port area and dept and box size. Wall will be in a 97 Ford Explorer with a DC 10K on them. Joe X Posted July 13, 2016 Report Share Posted July 13, 2016 Net volume and port area of the final box need to be a multiple of what's needed for a single sub, with many subs you may want to be more careful laying out the box to avoid uneven loading issues.
