Name: Lee

Car: 200 HSV Clubsport R8

Engine: LS1

Trans: 4L60E

Current Stereo: Pioneer H/U and splits, the rest is stock.

I am somewhat new here, ive had a tough couple of years but everthing is all cherry now so i can start on my car.

As buying a home in Aus is a painful process (and costs alot upto $500,000 for a 3 bed house) i do not have too much cash to buy all i want.

I am slowly buying the best i can when i can.

I am still learning but this forum is possibly the best ive been apart of, theres is nearly no ego and evereyone is willing to give and take honest criticism.

my car as it is now:

In the front doors i upgraded to some Pioneer 6.75" splits, but i used some cheap ebay spacers and it turns out they are not tall enough so the window regulator/rail is drawn to the magnets. ill make some new ones soon enough, its winter here so i dont need to put my windows down LOL!

i know its not the best place for the crossover but its the best i can work with for now, i will move them into the footwell soon as i will have the whole interior out so i can lay out wiring and deadener for the amps.

i found this decent deadener on obay called DBKILL, ive never used anything before so i found it to be fair for me, my car is not going to have a monster set up or a wall and so far i am happy with how much it has changed.
