Clocksta Posted April 26, 2008 Report Posted April 26, 2008 What are the main differences between building a setup for a groundpounder and a competition setup? is it just basicly the tuning difference and the subs or what? new job is coming so i can finally get going on a real set up but i was thinkin more of a GP just because i'm not really into the competition or getting good #s but a daily that can hit nice lows in music all day no matter what. and being heard a few blocks away would just be an extra bonus .
Clocksta Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 so tuning is basicly the only difference between the two?
KWP369 Posted April 26, 2008 Report Posted April 26, 2008 i've always thought of gp's as cone area... like ten 12's or sixteen 10's... and spl as 3 or 4 15/18's tuning is always a factor Do you read ur own response b4 you post?...or just type ur gut reaction and headbutt the enter key? How bout this, the Caddy sounds so damn good it can put a smile on a "deaf mans" face mat then mix hardener into resin and soak mat. beeeeeyaw glassing for n00bs
Clocksta Posted April 26, 2008 Author Report Posted April 26, 2008 Ahh, so basicly if i wanted to make my Ranger more towards a GP, i'd prolly rather go like 3-4 12s instead of say 2 15s?
