rocketman Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 i just bought a psi 18 inch platform 5 woofer and i need help building a box. i bought a ton of 3/4 mdf so thats what ill be using. the specs are Ported – 4.0-8.5 ft^3, tuned from 27-36hz and i have no idea what this means or how to tune it and what is the best tuning frequency? I'm really just asking for someone to design me a box or at least help me with it.

Assuming you purchased the 3500rms platform 5,: twisted sounds 3.5k, dc audio 3.5k, ampere 3.8k, audio legion, sound magus. Lots to choose from. If I were you, I'd have all the info Triticum requested at the ready...
