ptcary
I am getting started on my wall, and wanted to know how you guys go about mounting the enclosure to the floor of the car. I already have some bolt holes there to use, but what about inside the floor of the box? Should I add a 2x4 square in there and a large bolt/washer to it?? It seems to me if I just drilled a hole on the bottom of the box, that could be ripped right out in a car accident, and would need added strength to it. Is MDF that strong? Aaron813
I would make a 2x4 floor and bolt it to that that imo is the best way since you can put as many bolts in the floor as you want to. The other way that would be ok to do it is asumming you arent going to have any carpet weld nuts to the floor and bolt the box to the floor that way
