Upgrading my Nissan alternator - some questions

Dear All, 

For a long time, i am looking to upgrade my Nissan Terrano II (2.7 TDI engine) alternator with a bigger one due to install of my car audio system. Basically, the factory alt have a modest performance of only 70 amp, therefore must be upgrade in order to meet my requirements, which summarized to approximately 150-170 amp (sq system). After a thorough study of different types of alternators, i realized that the most important players in this area are: Mechman, DC power, Mike singer, Ohio generator and excessive amperage. Unfortunately, after contacting with all the manufactures I get some erratic answers that most of them do not offer this type Of alternator FOR THAT CAR (V type puly). Mechman were short and less nice, told me that they do not have nothing for this car, and when i asked for the customize alternator they answer - it up to you. From that answer i realized that mechman would not be able to help. DC were not answer to any of my email up to that moment. Singer, which was very nice and kindness, also were not able to help since he do not have something similar. the only one that enable to supply something similar were Ohio generator and EA. Ohio suggest me to buy they universal one (the 300 amp which you are mostly do not like) supplied with an appropriate adaptor that can be fit easily to my car. EA suggest building something similar that can also be fit into the factory location, having 300 amp. After reading your comments on those guys, the reviews don't looks good. With regarding to this, i would like to know if you have any update experience with these guys, or other idea that can help me to solve this long story. A dual alternator will be my last choice since it is difficult to add. Many thanks for all, waiting for your answer in advance.
