Its 1/2" particle board rounded off with a router. Came out nice and you cant see any of the glass underneith now. I found a spot for the rear view cam.......well i made the spot i found anyway There was a gap between the back window and the shroud that needed to be taken care of so i decided to handle both these tasks at the same time. Here is an old pic to show where the gap used to be.
