Dash cams and 'dash cam batteries? vs XS Power car battery ? Difference?

I'm curious how these 'dash cam batteries' work vs XS Power car batteries?

Is it beneficial to buy these extra dash cam batteries or am I better off just adding another car battery in the trunk?

I'm thinking about putting in 2-4 different dash cams in my car (mainly need it for parking mode in case one of them gets stolen)

P.S. this is not a vs thread. I'm just confused on if I need these dash cam add-on lithium batteries or not, if I decide to wire this many dash cams into the car for parking mode options.

seems pretty expensive for what i can only assume are 4 18650 batteries wired in series...
