Why do i see this all of the time people run 2 cables for there sub 2 Pluses and 2 Negatives for one sub?

Because they are usually DVC subs, meaning Dual Voice Coils. Instead of one plus and one minus, there are two of each. DVC subs allow for a more flexible wiring to the amplifiers.

I am trying to learn a lil bit more when it starts to get a lil bit warmer i am going to put this system together i am wanting to try and find the right speakers and how many i want to put in there i am going to be putting like 4 6x9's and like 4 5.25's and a RF T8004 or somethang dont realy know yet.

people run 2 wires like that so they dont have to take the woofer out of the box to change the ohm load. just change the way theyre connected on the outside.
