IKnowImLost224
Would a 6" aero be enough? Or what kind of port area would I be looking for with a slot port?

YukonXL04
Well you can break out winisd and model and see what the port velocity is looking like with a single 6". With that much power, in a small box, it's going to be a pain to get proper port area, always is with high power, and small boxes. 18 Sierra 6.2 Z71 : 3 F8L's, DD M2a @.67, 1.95@33 05 TL build log SOLD 04 YukonXL : jvc kw-v51bt , RE 6.5c, 4 jbl gt5 12s, Memphis pr1000.1 5.5 cu.ft. sealed

I generally just stay under 30 18 Sierra 6.2 Z71 : 3 F8L's, DD M2a @.67, 1.95@33 05 TL build log SOLD 04 YukonXL : jvc kw-v51bt , RE 6.5c, 4 jbl gt5 12s, Memphis pr1000.1 5.5 cu.ft. sealed
IKnowImLost224
Okay thank you sir. With WinISD is power taken into effect? I remember trying to model a setup before and didn't see any change when I added the power

You have to put in your input power for the port velocity graph to have any relevancy. The graph you want to be looking at is "Rear port - air velocity". YukonXL04
Also if you input 3000w it might show high velocity. But realistically will you ever see a true 3000w with impedance rise and vehicle electrical taken into account? Most likely no so try a more realistic power input number 18 Sierra 6.2 Z71 : 3 F8L's, DD M2a @.67, 1.95@33 05 TL build log SOLD 04 YukonXL : jvc kw-v51bt , RE 6.5c, 4 jbl gt5 12s, Memphis pr1000.1 5.5 cu.ft. sealed
IKnowImLost224
Okay thank you guys very much for the help! If port velocity looks okay are there any other numbers I need to look at to make sure its enough but not too much port area?
