This is with a 35" port length tuned to around 33hz. This isn't my first box, but I'm trying to do what I can to make each new box better.

I think you will probably come out a little low on your tuning, around 31 Hz. I'd shorten the port to about 32". Then again, a Hz or two difference in tuning frequency isn't going to make a lot of difference.
