01tahoeman
well my opinion is that all of the L7s ive worked with love being in 4cubes or more, my personal favorite is ~4.6cuft@35hz the minimum for those are 3cubes, and they needed a little bit more power to sound "similar" to the 4.6 on ~200w less goodluck, thats alot of cone area! just shy of 4 circular 15's... nice im not exactly sure what im gonna do with my box yet. but thanks. i want to use most of my space in the back, but still have room for things like my golf clubs. so i want to fit as much in that much space i want to work with, but i dont want to cut the subs short of their potential Clarion ProAudio VRX755VD Infinity Perfects 6.1-front Infinity Perfects 5.1 -rear Infinity REF7541A 3 Kicker S15L7D2 Kicker ZX1500.1 Kicker ZX750.1 Pair of Memphis tweets ] New Build In The Works

Dale
I say go with the PVC....it's strong and it has a nice gradual cirvature compared to 45 angles. Great idea IMHO

01tahoeman
redesigned the box, 24x24x48 with 3/4" MDF which gives me 4.375 cubes per chamber. still ported. not sure what the port size should be. i like to have the ports width the same as the subwoofer (15") to give it a smooth look. any suggestions? Decaf
4.4*12= ~52.8sqin of port need golden ratio is 12sqin port per cubic foot so id change the port to 3x15, and keep the same outer dimensions so hopefully you'll end up with ~4cubes per sub, 45sqin port per 15," tuned to 34hz i read ur pm, are you powering 2 15" l7's w/zx1500 and then the third with a 750.1 ud need 2 dual 2 ohm and 1 dual 4 ohm otherwise u cant power them correctly, and im not even sure you can power them like that correctly
