Overpowering Daily Or Even Sq Setups

Who are some famous people that overpower their subs for daily or even SQ setups? What is the setup?

( Not necessarily subs either, though Im guessin those will be the majority of responses. )

For daily, running way over RMS is pointless. No point in having it loud if you can only listen to it for 35 seconds. If its a quality sub and your listening habits permit, you can get away with more than they say, it just depends on alot of things.

So to some extent, so long as you have clean power, you can usually get away with a little more, but usually having the excess power is just for in the lanes, then the volume knob goes back down?

Or do some people actually run them overpowered for extended periods carefully?
