I was able to get the bottom clamp off and easily slide the hose off. But that top hose wouldnt come lose after i unclamped it. And i didnt want to test if the hose was brittle and rips on me, figure just take the two bolts off would be easier. Failed lol So far I think the best bet sounds like using an extractor bit like u showed, to get it out successfully. So ill just skip to that method and pick some of those up. 4 hours ago, mathewyocham said: You could always drill it out and retap the hole. Thats too advanced for me. 2 hours ago, Crazy 8s Drums said: That looks like the thermostat housing. If so, just replace the housing. Shouldn't cost more than 20 or 30 bucks. If i cant get this out with the extraction bit then ill see if i can replace it.

06RTCharger
Finally got to that bolt. Bought a kit that includes reverse drill bits and the extractors. Didnt even need to use the extractor bit, the bolt started to move just when i was drilling the hole for the extractor. Got two new bolts from Ace Hardware. Replaced bolts and reinstalled hose
