ONE Sa12 in hatchback tuned down to 20ish

Hello over there in the States, I am Billy, retired from military and living in the Philippines. I am starting a hobby back up and starting with one SA12 and need advice. I always had sealed boxes and subs that would do the twenties, I had one 12 that hit so low the suspension almost bottomed out at 19hertz but I would only play at that frequency while tuning with Bass Mechanics tune CD. I love sealed boxes but only have room for one, how can I get the lows, should I stay sealed or try ported.

Go ported and tune low as possible,  sorry but no typhoon in your area?

It was nothing, but everyone closed and it sucks that only a few places on the main island are worth the trip. Thank you for the advice.
