After port displacement you are probably going to be around 1.7 cu ft and its going to be REALLY hard, if not impossible, to get a port long enough to get your tuning where you want it while having enough port area. If it were me, I'd start over and build a slot ported box with the proper port area and tuning rather than finish a box that its likely will always have problems. My problem with designing one with the calculators is I have a kerfed front. what should be a cubic feet and port length and diameter I should shoot for?
