2007 Mazda 6I non bose

I have done some research and started installing my sound system with the factory radio, I have found that the acc wire in my car is supposed to be orange but when i installed everything and shut the car down the radio and amps stay on any ideas on where i went wrong

The amps are staying on because whatever you are using as a remote wire is not truly a accessory wire and it has constant power all the time. The radio staying on is a little strange because you said that you are using the factory radio meaning that all connections to the radio are supplied from factory wiring. What all did you add or wire up?
