Jessica
So you are doing a 3" thick baffle? Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. Jessica
In Torres you have baffle thickness as 1.5 and 1 extra baffle checked. It's either one or the other Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. My super random youtube channel and terrible camera work. ehall8702
Awesome ty, didn't even see that! Other than that the numbers look ok ? I know it'll change the volume a bit but I'll tweak and repost if u don't mind looking at it again when I correct my mistakes. 2009 Silverado 1500, 7.5" lift, 37x12.50r17s, Built Gen 4 5.3L ( 4.8l flat pistons, decked 243s, SS2 Cam, Pac 1218 springs, ported intake, 120mm TB, Long tubes, 3" duals HP tuner software tuned by me), 4l80e swapped and 4.56 gears. ehall8702
here is revised torres screenshot, thanks for catching my f-ups! Also saw I had the port hiegth wrong, at 18.5 tall total box height would have been 20 not 26 ...too many numbers to tweak and sometimes you don't catch all the mess ups that's why I ask here for ppl to proof it so its not an expensive mistake. I appreciate it! 2009 Silverado 1500, 7.5" lift, 37x12.50r17s, Built Gen 4 5.3L ( 4.8l flat pistons, decked 243s, SS2 Cam, Pac 1218 springs, ported intake, 120mm TB, Long tubes, 3" duals HP tuner software tuned by me), 4l80e swapped and 4.56 gears. Jessica
not know what drivers or what size or what power you are using makes it hard to tell if its a good box or not. maybe i missed where you mentioned it? once we know that maybe we can give more feedback. i not an expert but i can tell you if you are in the ballpark Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. Closest I could get was 147in2. Only question I have is the tuning, fs of sub is 38.3, they play 28hz no issues right now ( 2 in a too small prefab with not enuff port area and too high of tuning, bought the box for my gf truck but am using it till I can get my box built, can't ride without some bass) just not with great authority , but I'm blaming the box they are in right now. 2009 Silverado 1500, 7.5" lift, 37x12.50r17s, Built Gen 4 5.3L ( 4.8l flat pistons, decked 243s, SS2 Cam, Pac 1218 springs, ported intake, 120mm TB, Long tubes, 3" duals HP tuner software tuned by me), 4l80e swapped and 4.56 gears. Jessica
thats about the same cone area as my 4 12's build on 3k. i had 129sq in of port tuned to 32hz. i was at about 9cuft. that said, i think you are close enough to build and see what happens. looks like you have more than enough port area but the port is a bit long in my opinion but that may not matter. i like to keep my ports under 36" long. i have no logical reason for that though. I would see who else chimes in first though. maybe tag triticum and joeX . they are both pretty knowledgeable Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside.
