Stefanzoh
I just made a box and it is terrible. I originally thought tuning it at around 41 would be alright but when listening to my playlist the lower notes barely hit and when a 40hz tone plays it absolutely smashes. So I plan on remaking the box, this is for two American bass XR or XFL 10's d4s(pretty much the same thing). Running it on a taramps smart 3. I plan on tuning it way lower at 33-34hz. The American Bass website calls for 1.25-1.5 cubes per sub, I've met that at 3cuft. Other people seem to go with a lot more. Should I give them as much volume as possible? My trunk space is limited but I think I could get up to 3.5cuft net. Also, I put a double baffle on this one and it was such a pain in the ass to get perfect/cut through. You guys think I'll be fine with a standard .75in baffle? ^^^ This is the box I've already made
1point21gigawatts
What kind of amp is pushing them subwoofers? “How can we help you?” “And don’t forget to tell them that the customer isn’t always right.”
